Soter Sight uses this website to present eyewear and receive enquiries. The contact form does not create an account or order, take payment, or subscribe you to marketing.

The form asks for your name, preferred contact channel, and either your email address or WhatsApp number. Please do not include prescriptions or other health information in this initial request. Our hosting and delivery services also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website and messages, such as network and browser information.
How information is used
We use your contact details to respond through your chosen channel and manage your enquiry. Additional fitting, prescription, purchase, or delivery details, if needed, are discussed separately during follow-up. Optional website measurement is controlled through Cookie preferences. If you choose email, we also send an automatic next-step checklist asking for your prescription, measurements, visual needs and reference photos where relevant. Reply with what you have or ask our team for guidance and an appropriate channel for documents. This message does not subscribe you to marketing.

If you choose WhatsApp, subsequent communication uses WhatsApp and is also subject to its privacy terms. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.
